How will I know if my credit card cleared and my order has been
processed?
Rebel Highway will contact you if there is a problem with your credit card, if we
do not it is safe to assume your credit card went through.
How soon will my order ship?
Most items are generally in stock, and most orders will ship in 2 business days.
If anything is out of stock, or there is going to be a delay for any reason we will
contact you via e-mail.
If I don’t have a credit card, is there any other way to order?
Yes, we do accept orders without credit cards. We would ask that you send a money
order for the total price including shipping. We would need the item numbers, quantities,
and ship to address for processing. All money orders should be made out to Rebel
Highway, Inc.
Can I return an item I bought?
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied, so yes we do accept returns for refunds.
Before returning the customer must contact via email, at support@rebelhighway.com
We would require the order number, item number, and reason for the item return.
We will e-mail you a RAN [return authorization number] for shipping purposes. You
will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and all returns must be done within
15 days of the purchase order date. If you are returning apparel it must be new,
unworn, and in unwashed condition.
Will your decals last outdoors?
Our full body car graphics and decals are made with fade resistant ink, and are
screen-printed for 5 year outdoor application.
Where can I apply your embroidered patches?
Our patches are made with heat sealed backing that can be ironed onto any cotton
or denim clothing. For leather jackets and vests the patches also have a sower friendly
border where the patch can be manually sown on to adhere to the garment.
Will your Tank Protectors fit all motorcycles?
No, our tank protectors are designed for universal fit on Sportbike motorcycles
only.
Where are your products made?
With the exception of the patches, all of our items are made and bagged in the United
States.
